# How to get a copy of your company's data

Permission: Owner only

Request a ZIP file containing company data and files, then download it within 7 days.

## Request a copy of company data

The company owner or a member with the separate company data export permission can request a full copy from company settings.

1.  Open «نسخة من بياناتك» (Your data copy) in company settings and request the full copy.
2.  Wait while the page shows «قيد التجهيز» (Preparing).
3.  When the button appears, select «حمّل النسخة» (Download copy).

## What the copy contains

-   Projects
-   Task lists and tasks
-   Comments
-   Majlis topics
-   Uploaded files

**Note:** The copy comes in one ZIP file. It stays available to download for 7 days and is then deleted automatically.

**Tip:** Each download link expires soon after you select the button. Select «حمّل النسخة» (Download copy) again if the link stops working.

**Note:** Company data export is available on every plan and remains available after a subscription ends.
