How to delete the entire company

Warning: Warning: this is a final, irreversible action. Every project, task, file, member, and conversation is deleted permanently, and the subscription is cancelled immediately.

1. From the “Navbar” dropdown menu, pick “Company Settings”.
2. Make sure you're on the “General” tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom — you'll find a red link titled “Delete Company”.
4. Click it to go to the deletion confirmation page.
5. The page shows: a red warning bar, a summary of your company data (members, projects, tasks, files, storage), and warnings that the company will be closed immediately.
6. Click the red “Delete Company” button.
7. A final browser confirmation appears: “Final confirmation — the company and all its data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Continue?”
8. Click “OK” to confirm, or “Cancel” to back out.

What happens after confirmation?

• Your Stripe subscription is cancelled immediately.
• You're automatically signed out.
• A processing page shows a loading spinner while data is removed in the background (usually within seconds).
• When done, the company and every piece of data is permanently gone.
