What's the difference between Pro, Advanced, and Productive?

Pro unlocks unlimited projects, full reports, group chats, and 100GB storage. Advanced adds custom roles and permissions, the project timeline, scheduled email reports, API access, and 500GB storage. Productive raises every limit to its maximum: 10,000 API calls per day, 10,000 MCP calls per day, and 1TB storage.

How much do I save by paying yearly?

Two months free. A year is billed as ten months, so Pro becomes $5 per member per month instead of $6, Advanced $10 instead of $12, and Productive $15 instead of $18.

Do you have an enterprise plan?

Yes. The Enterprise plan is built around your requirements: single sign-on (SSO), enterprise agreements and an SLA, custom storage and API limits, and a named account manager for onboarding and training. Pricing is custom, so request a quote and we'll shape an offer around your organization.

Can I upgrade or move to a lower plan anytime?

Yes. An upgrade applies immediately and you're only charged a prorated amount for the remaining days. A move to a lower plan is scheduled for the end of the period you already paid for, so your features keep working until that day, and you can cancel the scheduled change before it lands.

How many free trials do I get?

Accepted Answer

One trial per company, 14 days, on the plan you pick when you start it. If you start on Pro and then want Advanced, you can move between them during that same trial without consuming another one and without shortening it, but a second trial doesn't start once the first has ended.

What happens after the 14-day free trial ends?

Accepted Answer

You can add a payment method and continue on the plan you trialled, or downgrade to the Free plan as long as you have 1 project or fewer, 3 ready task lists or fewer, and files under 1 GB. Your data is never deleted in either case.

What happens if my payment fails?

Accepted Answer

You get a 7-day grace period where everything works normally. If the payment isn't resolved within those 7 days, your account switches to read-only mode, all your data stays safe and visible. Update your payment method anytime to restore full access.

Can I downgrade from Pro to the Free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as you have 1 project or fewer, 3 ready task lists or fewer, and are using less than 1 GB of storage. The downgrade is instant and your data is never deleted, you just need to reduce your projects, task lists, and files first if you're over the limit. Any custom roles are frozen rather than deleted: their members keep their permissions, and you can't create new roles.

What happens if I add or remove a team member mid-cycle?

When you add a member, you're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days only. When you remove one, you get a credit automatically applied to your next invoice.

No, it's free forever, no credit card required. One project, unlimited users, unlimited tasks, comments, calendar, and notifications.

Who can manage billing and subscriptions?

Only the workspace owner. They can start the free trial, subscribe, update payment methods, or downgrade to the Free plan. Other team members can't access billing settings.

Is my data safe and are payments secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors. Fareeqy never stores your card details. Your data is always yours, you can export it anytime.

Can I get a refund after subscribing?

You can cancel anytime and your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. For refund requests, contact our support team.
