What happens after the 30-day free trial ends?

You can add a payment method and continue on the Pro plan, or downgrade to the Free plan as long as you have 1 project or fewer and files under 1 GB. Your data is never deleted in either case.

What happens if my payment fails?

You get a 7-day grace period where everything works normally. If the payment isn't resolved within those 7 days, your account switches to read-only mode — all your data stays safe and visible. Update your payment method anytime to restore full access.

Can I downgrade from Pro to the Free plan?

Yes, as long as you have 1 project or fewer and are using less than 1 GB of storage. The downgrade is instant and your data is never deleted — you just need to reduce your projects and files first if you're over the limit.

What happens if I add or remove a team member mid-cycle?

When you add a member, you're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days only. When you remove one, you get a credit automatically applied to your next invoice.

Who can manage billing and subscriptions?

Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors. Fareeqy never stores your card details. Your data is always yours — you can export it anytime.

Can I get a refund after subscribing?
