Terms of Service – Fareeqy

By using any of the Fareeqy services, you agree to be bound by the latest version of the Terms of Service ("Terms"). Violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

We may update these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the revision date at the top of this page and notify users subscribed to our policy updates list.

Definitions

"The Company", "We", or "Us" refers to Fareeqy LLC, the owner and operator of the Fareeqy platform.

"Services" refers to our websites (fareeqy.com), mobile and web applications, and any products or tools developed and maintained by the Company, including: project management, task management, team management, comments, files, notifications, reports, calendar, and other collaboration tools.

"You", "Client", or "Account User" refers to the individuals or organizations that own one or more accounts on Fareeqy services.

First: Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for any use or activity that occurs under your account or by users you invited. The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from poor password management.

You are responsible for all content posted within your account and for the activity of all users associated with it.

Registration must be by a real person. Accounts registered by "bots" or automated methods are not permitted.

Second: Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

If you use the free version of Fareeqy, it is completely free, and we will not ask for a credit card or sell your data.

We may offer a trial period for paid plans, and the duration will be specified upon registration. After the trial period ends, payment must be made in advance to continue using the service. If payment is not made, the account will be frozen until the fees are paid.

When upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan, the fee will be charged immediately, and the billing cycle will begin on the same day.

All prices are exclusive of taxes, and you are fully responsible for paying taxes.

Refund Policy: You can request a full or partial refund within 14 days of payment in the following cases:

  • If the fees for the next month were charged but you intend to cancel the subscription, these fees will be refunded.
  • If you have not used the service for a period and have not cancelled your account, the amount for the unused months can be refunded.

Examples of partial refunds or credits we'd grant:

  • If you forgot to cancel your account a year ago, and there's been activity on your account since then, we'll review your account usage and figure out a partial refund based on how many months you used it.
  • If you upgraded your account a few months ago to a higher plan and kept using it in general but you didn't end up using the extra features, projects, or storage space, we'd consider applying a prorated credit towards future months.
  • If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) or you emailed customer service and it took multiple days to get back to you, we'd issue a partial credit to your account.

Third: Cancellation and Termination

1. You can cancel your account at any time directly from the account settings or by contacting us via email at support@fareeqy.com

2. When cancelling the account (Cancellation Policy):

  • The content becomes inaccessible immediately.
  • All data is permanently deleted within 30 days from our active systems.

3. If you cancel the service before the end of the paid cycle, you will complete the paid cycle and no additional fees will be charged.

4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or prevent you from using Fareeqy services at any time and for any reason. Termination means deleting your account and all its contents permanently.

5. Any verbal, physical, or written abuse of the Company's employees may result in immediate account termination.

Fourth: Service and Price Modifications

1. We aim to keep Fareeqy services running as long as the internet is working, but we may have to modify or stop some features for technical or operational reasons beyond our control.

2. We may change subscription plan prices in the future. We usually do not apply increases to existing customers, but we may do so in certain cases with at least 30 days' prior notice.

Fifth: Availability, Security, and Privacy

1. Services are provided "as is" and according to current capacity. We do not guarantee 100% availability, but we maintain the highest levels of readiness.

2. We may temporarily restrict account usage if resource consumption exceeds normal limits compared to other customers.

3. We use high security standards including: encryption, backups, and reliable infrastructure. Some data may be transmitted internally without encryption in rare technical circumstances.

4. You agree that Fareeqy may process your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, especially in cases of:

  • Providing technical support.
  • Fixing technical errors.
  • Investigating potential misuse.
  • Complying with binding legal requests.

5. We use third-party service providers (Hosting, Storage, Cloud) to operate the platform.

Sixth: Copyright and Content Ownership

1. Uploaded content must comply with intellectual property laws. We outline the mechanism for reporting any violation upon request.

2. Content you upload to the platform remains fully owned by you. You grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of operating the services.

3. We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate or infringing content.

4. The Company owns all intellectual property rights related to the Fareeqy platform (design, code, trademarks...). No part of the platform may be copied or reused without express written permission.

Seventh: API

(In case Fareeqy API is released, you can keep this section or disable it.)

If you use Fareeqy's API, you agree to the following:

1. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from your use of the API or external integrations.

2. The API cannot be used to create tools that track user activity secretly or without their knowledge.

3. Excessive requests may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your API access.

Eighth: Liability

You agree that the Company is not liable for:

Any damages resulting from your use of the services or inability to access data.

Any third-party use of our services.

Any losses resulting from hacking or misuse of your account.
