How to remove a member or change their role
Permission: Owner or Manager
Switch a member's role, update their teams, remove them safely, or resend a pending invite.
Changing a member's role
- Click “Change Role” on the member card.
- A confirmation dialog shows the current and new role.
- Click “Yes, change it”.
(The system toggles between “Manager” and “Team Member”.)
Managing the member's teams
- Click “Teams” on the member card.
- A panel opens with every company team as checkboxes.
- Tick or untick the teams the member should belong to.
- Click “Save Teams”.
Removing an active member
- Click “Delete” on the member card.
- A confirmation appears with an optional checkbox: “Unassign incomplete tasks”.
- Click “Yes, remove them”.
Handling pending invitations
- “Resend” — sends the invitation email again.
- “Cancel Invitation” — revokes the invite before it's accepted.
