In plain words
- Owner — owns the company. Full access to everything, including billing and company deletion.
- Manager — can do nearly everything the owner can, except billing and company deletion. Right for execs running the team day-to-day.
- Team Member — can create their own projects, accept tasks, and join projects they've been added to. Cannot manage company settings or invite new members.
Tip: Tip: start every new member as a “Team Member” and promote them to “Manager” only when there's a real need.
