Move your monday.com boards into Fareeqy
Export to Excel, upload, read the preview, confirm. And show your columns before exporting so they arrive complete.

monday.com boards are colourful and flexible, and that same flexibility is what makes every board in the company look unlike the next, until nobody can read another team's board.
Moving out starts with exporting the board to Excel. What matters before that: what gets exported is the columns visible in your current view, so show name, status, assignee and date first. Then upload the file and we show you exactly what would be created before it is.
The result? Your boards become projects, and every task has a single owner, a single deadline and a single priority, readable without explanation.
What becomes what
Fareeqy has three levels and no fourth: project, task list, task.

How to export from monday.com
A single board
Open the board, then from the three-dot menu above it:
Board menu → Export board to Excel
One xlsx file downloads. Repeat it per board and add the files together in one upload.
Accepted formats: Excel, or ZIP. You can upload several files together in one go.
What comes across, and what does not
Comes across
- Items with their names
- Due dates and completion state
- Assignees, and the preview asks you who each one is on your team
- Groups, as task lists
Does not come across
- Updates. The Excel file does not carry them, and the discussions stay in monday.com.
- Subitems, which the Excel file does not carry either.
- Files you uploaded inside the tool itself. Their bytes are not in the export at all, and fetching them would need your credentials for that account. Links do come across, inside the task's notes.
Before you start
monday.com exports to Excel only, and what gets exported is the columns visible in the main view. Show what you need before exporting: name, status, assignee and date.
How the import runs
Nothing is written until you approve it
Upload the file and we read it, then show you exactly what would be created: how many projects, task lists and tasks, every title we would have to rename, and every person on your board. Only the confirm button creates data.
Duplicate titles are settled in front of you
Your board has three cards called Follow up, and the board's own name may already belong to a project you made last year. We rename, and every rename is on screen before you confirm, not after.
Upload the same export again safely
Re-exported after another week of work? Upload it again. What you imported before keeps your edits, and only what is new is added. This is a migration tool, not a two-way sync, so an import never overwrites what you changed inside Fareeqy.
The file stays yours
Delete it from the import page whenever you want. Forget about it and we delete it automatically after 30 days.
Frequently asked questions
Do Updates come across?
No. The Excel file monday.com exports carries neither Updates nor subitems, which is a limit of the export rather than of the import.
Why did some columns arrive empty?
Because the export carries the columns visible in the view at export time. Show the column on the board, export again, and upload the new file: what you already imported will not be duplicated.
I have many boards. Can I upload them together?
Yes. Export each board separately, then add all the files in one upload or zip them. Each board becomes its own project.
