How to @mention a teammate and follow notifications

Permission: Owner, Manager, or Team Member

A single @ pings a teammate instantly, and every notification lives in the bell and the notifications page.

How to @mention a teammate

  1. In any comment, message, or discussion field, type @ where you want the mention.
  2. A popup list of teammates appears.
  3. Type part of the name to filter the list.
  4. Click the name to insert it into your text.
  5. Finish writing and send — your teammate gets an instant notification.

Where to see notifications

Click the bell icon in the top navigation to see your latest notifications. Click any one to jump straight to its source (a task, comment, discussion…).

For the full page: click “View all” from the bell menu, or visit /notifications directly. You'll find filters for read and unread.

Marking as read

  • Single notification: click it — read automatically.
  • All at once: click “Mark all notifications as read” from the bell or notifications page.

Tip: Mobile notifications: once you install Fareeqy as an app on your phone, push notifications keep coming even after you close the app.
