How to create a task list and add tasks inside it
Permission: Owner, Manager, or Team Member
Work in Fareeqy is split into lists that group related tasks — and every task gets a clear owner and deadline.
Creating a new task list
- Open the project you want to work in.
- At the top of the page, click the “+ New Task List” button.
- Type a “Task List Name” — for example: “Phase 1 — Design”.
- Optionally add “Extra details” (the editor supports rich formatting).
- Click “Create Task List”.
Adding a task inside the list
- Open the task list (automatically after creating it, or from the project page).
- Type the task name in the “New Task” field.
- Pick an “Assignee” from the project members list (optional).
- Pick a “Due Date” from the date picker (optional).
- Add “Notes” with formatting and attachments (optional).
- Press Enter or click “Add Task”.
