How to choose the right plan for your team

Permission: Owner only

Five plans with a clear line between them. See what each one adds, how the price is calculated, and when it's time to move up.

You open the pricing page and there are five plans and one question: which one fits my team? The difference isn't the length of the feature list — it's the moment your team hits a specific ceiling: a second project you want to create, a report you want emailed to your manager every Monday, or a custom role you want to build for the finance team.

How the price is calculated

  • The price is per active member per month, so what you pay follows your team size exactly — you never pay for seats you don't use.
  • Storage is per company, not per member. Your whole team shares the plan's allowance.
  • Yearly billing is charged as ten months instead of twelve — two months free every year.

When to move up a plan

  • Pro: when your work outgrows a single project, or when you need full company, project, department, team, and member reports.
  • Advanced: when you need custom roles you build yourself, the project timeline, reports delivered to your team's inbox automatically, and API access.
  • Productive: when your storage and daily call needs go past what Advanced grants.
  • Enterprise: when you need single sign-on (SSO), enterprise contracts and an SLA, custom limits, and an account manager for setup and training.

Tip: The pricing page recommends a plan based on the team size you pick in the seat selector. It's a starting point that shortens the comparison — the decision stays yours.

Note: The demo project that comes with your new account doesn't count against the project limit, so the free plan still gives you one full real project.

Note: “معاون فريقي” appears on the paid plans tagged “coming soon” — the feature is built and waiting on launch, and isn't switched on yet.

The result? You pick your plan based on the ceiling that actually matters to you, not on the length of a feature list. And if you pick wrong, moving between plans is available any time from the “Subscription & Billing” page.
