How to cancel a subscription or change your plan
Permission: Owner only
Upgrade, cancel, or downgrade — all from the “Subscription & Billing” page with clear details.
- Click your profile photo in the “Navbar”.
- Pick “Subscription & Billing”.
- You'll see: your current plan and renewal date, billable members, any unpaid invoices, and payment history.
Changing your plan (upgrading)
- Pick the new plan from the plan cards.
- Click the upgrade button.
- You'll be sent to the secure Stripe Checkout page.
- Enter payment details and confirm.
- You'll return to Fareeqy with an upgrade confirmation.
Cancelling the subscription
- Click “Manage Subscription”.
- The Stripe Customer Portal opens in a new window.
- Pick “Cancel subscription”.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Warning: Important: cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — not immediately. You keep every feature until then, after which your account drops to the free plan.
Downgrading to free immediately
If you're on the Pro plan and want to drop to free right now, click “Downgrade Plan” on the billing page. A confirmation appears before it applies.
