How to change your password and profile picture

Permission: Owner, Manager, or Team Member

Update your photo, name, and password from your account settings in a few steps.

  1. Click your profile photo at the top of the page.
  2. From the menu, pick “Account Settings”.
  3. On the side you'll find the settings tabs: Profile, Login & Security, Appearance, Notifications, and Calendar.

Changing your photo and name

  1. Open the “Profile” tab.
  2. Click the circular avatar at the top.
  3. Pick an image from your device.
  4. A crop dialog appears. Pick the right area and click “Confirm”.
  5. To change your name, update the “Name” field.
  6. Click “Save”.

Changing your password

  1. Open the “Login & Security” tab, then click the “Change your password” row.
  2. Enter your “Current Password”.
  3. Enter the “New Password”.
  4. Re-enter it in “Confirm New Password”.
  5. Click “Update password”.

A confirmation appears: “Password updated successfully”.

Note: If you signed in with Google, you won't need a current password, a message replaces the field.
