How to change your password and profile picture

Permission: Owner, Manager, or Team Member

Update your photo, name, and password from your account settings in a few steps.

  1. Click your profile photo at the top of the page.
  2. From the menu, pick “Account Settings”.
  3. On the side you'll find four tabs: General Info, Password, Notifications, and Calendar.

Changing your photo and name

  1. Open the “General Info” tab.
  2. Click the circular avatar at the top.
  3. Pick an image from your device.
  4. A crop dialog appears. Pick the right area and click “Confirm”.
  5. To change your name, update the “Name” field.
  6. Click “Save”.

Changing your password

  1. Open the “Password” tab.
  2. Enter your “Current Password”.
  3. Enter the “New Password”.
  4. Re-enter it in “Confirm New Password”.
  5. Click “Save”.

A confirmation appears: “Password updated successfully”.

Note: If you signed in with Google, you won't need a current password — a message replaces the field.
