How to get a copy of your company's data
Permission: Owner only
Request a ZIP file containing company data and files, then download it within 7 days.
Request a copy of company data
The company owner or a member with the separate company data export permission can request a full copy from company settings.
- Open «نسخة من بياناتك» (Your data copy) in company settings and request the full copy.
- Wait while the page shows «قيد التجهيز» (Preparing).
- When the button appears, select «حمّل النسخة» (Download copy).
What the copy contains
- Projects
- Task lists and tasks
- Comments
- Majlis topics
- Uploaded files
Note: The copy comes in one ZIP file. It stays available to download for 7 days and is then deleted automatically.
Tip: Each download link expires soon after you select the button. Select «حمّل النسخة» (Download copy) again if the link stops working.
Note: Company data export is available on every plan and remains available after a subscription ends.
