Connect your AI assistant to your workspace and just ask: it creates projects and tasks and summarizes discussions inside Fareeqy directly. You set its permissions tool by tool, and every call is logged.
You open your AI assistant, describe your next project, and get an excellent plan.. then what? You copy the plan, open your project management tool, and type out the project, the task list, and every task one by one. The assistant understood your work, but it stayed outside of it. And you pay the price of moving everything by hand, every time.
Fareeqy's AI Assistant (MCP) removes that gap. Connect your assistant to your workspace once, then just ask: create the project, fill the task list, tell me what is due tomorrow. It works directly inside Fareeqy, not in a separate copy and not in a file on your machine.
And it reads as well as it writes. Ask it to summarize the latest Majlis discussion and turn every decision into a follow-up task, and it does. Search in Arabic for a file or task you can't quite place, and it finds it. And when you say "tomorrow", it resolves that in your company's timezone, not against a generic assumption that lands the deadline on the wrong day.
It reaches a broad set of tools covering your whole workspace: projects, task lists and tasks, Majlis and discussions, files and folders, the calendar, and search. Tasks are created in one batch rather than one at a time, and if any entry is rejected the whole batch rolls back, so you never inherit a half-built list to clean up.
And you stay in control at every step:
If you want to connect your own systems directly instead of routing work through an AI assistant, Fareeqy also provides a REST API. Read, create, and update projects, task lists, tasks, Majlis discussions, files, and meetings programmatically from any language or tool. Issue a key from API Keys settings and scope its allowed operations precisely. It is available on the Advanced, Productive, and Enterprise plans. Read the API reference for the endpoints, parameters, and request and response examples before you write a line.
The result? The distance between a decision and finished work collapses, and everything stays inside Fareeqy, under your eye.
Turn projects into clear tasks. Prioritize, assign, and track completion in real time.. with an automatic activity log on every task showing who created, edited, and completed it.
Every project is a complete workspace for your team: tasks, files, conversations, decisions, and an automatic timeline of every action grouped by day. Color-coded categories and departments inside each project for specialized teams.
A discussion and documentation board inside every project. Document your team's decisions, post announcements and ideas, and build a permanent reference for your project away from message clutter.
It's a bridge that connects your AI assistant to your Fareeqy workspace, so it can read your projects, tasks, files, and Majlis, and act on what you ask. Instead of handing you a plan you then transfer yourself, it builds the plan inside Fareeqy directly.
Any assistant that supports the open MCP protocol, including Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Codex, and claude.ai. Because the protocol is open, you're not tied to one tool or one vendor, and you can switch assistants without changing anything about how your team works.
Find it in: Account Settings → AI Assistant (MCP). Create an access token, choose which tools it may use, then paste the token into your assistant once. The token is shown only once when it's created, so store it somewhere safe.
No. The assistant inherits your exact role and permissions inside Fareeqy, so it can't reach a private project you're not a member of, and it can't do anything you couldn't do in the browser. Your plan limits and the archived-project write freeze apply the same way.
Not by default. Delete tools are never granted to a token automatically. You have to enable each one yourself, with a clear warning first. If you haven't enabled them, any delete attempt is refused and recorded in the log.
Every call made with your token is written to an audit log: which tool, when, from which address, and whether it succeeded, was denied, or errored. The log stores only the identifying details needed for review, never your task content or file data. And you can revoke the token at any moment.
Yes. Grant the token a new tool or revoke one without changing the token itself, so nothing connected to it needs reconfiguring. Tools added to Fareeqy later can be granted to the same token. The change takes effect on the first call after saving.
The AI Assistant understands your work context and acts on natural-language requests through an MCP client. The REST API connects your own systems to Fareeqy in code, letting them read, create, and update projects, task lists, tasks, Majlis discussions, files, and meetings. You issue its key from API Keys settings and choose exactly which operations it may perform.
